Quality supervision

Mutual acceptance of metrological verification/calibration certificates and monitoring and testing reports on the net content of quantitatively packaged goods within provincial-level areas shall be implemented. The measuring instruments approved by each party shall circulate freely according to the law of market competition. Each party shall not set its own entry threshold but shall cancel the original ones.

The technical appraisal and measurement organizations of measuring instruments in all parties shall offer preference and convenience to the technical appraisal activities among them. The metrological verification rules approved and promulgated by the provincial-level areas shall be mutually exchanged and recognized within in the areas.

Qualifications of metrological verifiers and assessors in the these areas shall be mutually recognized.

Agricultural products

The products from the national and provincial (city and county) agricultural standardization demonstration zones established by the respective provincial-level areas that meet the requirements of the standards shall be labeled as special agricultural products in the agricultural standardization demonstration zones by the relevant enterprises, institutions, various economic cooperation organizations or individuals in the areas in accordance with the provisions of these Measures. Nine provinces and autonomous regions shall give equal treatment to standardized agricultural products in market access and supervision, and implement a unified management system in market access.
