Organizational structure

A provincial and municipal coordination mechanism has been launched: the provincial-level members are composed of intellectual property bureaus; the municipal-level members are composed of competent intellectual property bureaus of the cities, prefecture level cities and autonomous prefectures in these nine provinces (autonomous regions).

Law enforcement

Each provincial-level member is responsible for guiding, supervising and coordinating municipal members in its own jurisdiction to carry out the collaboration on administrative law enforcement concerning patent affairs, and for coordinating the administrative law enforcement involving cross-provincial (autonomous region) patent affairs. Members at the municipal level shall report to their local provincial members on law enforcement cooperation in a timely manner.
