A newly established foreign-invested enterprise may, on submission of such materials as an Application Form for the Registration of Basic Information on Domestic Direct Investment, an organization code certificate, a copy of the industrial and commercial business license, and an approval certificate of the foreign-invested enterprise or approval document issued by the relevant competent department (except where no submission is required), randomly select a qualified bank at the place of its registration to register the basic information.
