The 2024 Wuhu New Energy Automobile Parts and Aftermarket Ecology Expo, which runs until Thursday, opened on Tuesday in Wuhu, East China's Anhui province.

The expo features several zones, including Anhui's automotive industry history, cutting-edge technology, core components, and aftermarket ecology, covering the entire spectrum of new energy vehicle (NEV) parts and the aftermarket supply chain. It showcases the latest NEV technologies and products, as well as Wuhu’s innovative ecosystem that drives local industry growth.

A special matchmaking session brought together dozens of leading domestic and international OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, presenting around 300 targeted procurement needs and facilitating transactions surpassing 10 billion yuan ($1.40 billion).

In recent years, Wuhu has actively promoted the integrated development of whole vehicles, parts and the aftermarket, accelerating the establishment of a new automotive industry ecosystem and striving to become a world-renowned automotive city.
