dōTERRA, a global leader in essential oils, is celebrating its first decade in China. Since entering in 2014, the company has made impressive strides, expanding its presence at the CIIE from a modest 9-square-meter booth to a 200-square-meter showcase and increasing procurement from 360 million yuan ($49 million) to 1 billion yuan in 2024, making China its second-largest global market.
Speaking at the 14th International Multinational Corporation Leaders' Roundtable, dōTERRA China's Vice President Xie Zhe highlighted the company's commitment to the Chinese market. “We are confident in investing in China. By 2030, as our performance grows, we plan to gradually allocate more resources to the Chinese market,” Xie said. By deepening local investment, dōTERRA aims to make China its top global market by 2030.
