The 8th Xiamen MICE Week was held from April 25 to 27 at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. Themed on innovation, cooperation, integration, and co-construction, this year's event focused on key industry topics such as cross-Strait urban MICE cooperation, global expansion of exhibitions, MICE tourism, and the development of a business-friendly environment for the MICE industry.

The event brought together representatives from industry regulatory authorities, associations, and leading enterprises across nearly 40 domestic and international cities.

Through forums, city promotions, and networking sessions, participants explored innovative pathways for the MICE industry and contributed their insights to promote its high-quality development.

One of the key highlights was the Xiamen MICE Cooperation Conference held on April 26. Elite professionals from around the world gathered to discuss the future direction and development strategies of the MICE industry in China. Three matchmaking meetings were held on the same day. Multiple units reached preliminary cooperation intentions, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

The event also featured multiple project signing ceremonies, highlighting new partnerships and collaborative opportunities. This year's Xiamen MICE Week attracted over 300 buyers with hundreds of exhibition projects, engaging in matchmaking and negotiations with suppliers from Xiamen and across China.

Additionally, more than 20 distinguished guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and East and Southeast Asia shared new channels and business opportunities for Sino-foreign MICE cooperation, further enhancing global industry exchanges.

The China Xiamen MICE Supply Chain Expo was held alongside the event.

Launched in 2015 as a pioneering initiative, Xiamen MICE Week has evolved over its 10-year journey into a global connector and local economic catalyst. It has contributed to Xiamen's goal of becoming an attractive MICE destination.
