The 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) will take place at Shougang Park from September 10 to 14. So far, nearly 70 countries and international organizations have confirmed interest in participating. Both Australia (guest country of honor) and China's Anhui Province (guest province of honor) will bring their largest-ever delegations to the fair. Over 800 companies — including more than 330 Fortune Global 500 firms and industrial leaders — are ready to dazzle visitors at the fair's nine special exhibitions. The overall internationalization rate exceeds 20 percent, with 24 of the world's top 30 countries and regions in the services trade sector to grace the fair.

This year's fair will highlight new achievements, showcasing the distinctive strengths of the services trade and the "Beijing Service" brand. Over 70 companies, including Alibaba and Schneider Electric, have applied to introduce more than 130 new products and other achievements in sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, and green and low-carbon development. The "Beijing Service" brand will also be featured with over 280 solicited cases spanning government services, fintech, smart healthcare, and AI-powered education. Through physical displays, trade platforms, and policy support, the brand aims to foster among the attendees the following idea: "For 'Beijing Service', Come to CIFTIS".

Shijingshan District will also partner with local hotels, restaurants, and other businesses to issue special consumption vouchers covering accommodation, dining, retail, and other relevant scenarios. A total of 201 quality businesses will join the "Ticket Stub for Discounts" campaign, allowing individuals with ticket stubs from sports events, films, and exhibitions to enjoy exclusive deals. Shougang Park will also host various supporting events, including the China International Candy Season, which will comprise a specialty product market and cultural activities to make sure that everyone can try and buy sweet treats and have fun at one stop.

Services and safeguard measures of various kinds have been adjusted and upgraded. Shougang Park now offers more than 10,000 parking spaces and accommodates up to 40,000 visitors dining within the park at one time. Robotics companies based in the park will provide services such as guidance for visitors, guided tours, material distribution, and self-service dining. Shijingshan will also launch an unmanned shuttle bus service connecting Shougang Park to the Yongding River, allowing both exhibitors and public visitors to enjoy the lively atmosphere along the waterfront.
