The 2026 International General Aviation & UAV Expo is scheduled to take place from Sept 29 to Oct 3 at Hannan Airport in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), as announced at a news conference on July 21.
This expo will spotlight the full spectrum of the general aviation and UAV industries, aiming to establish a platform for industry exchange, large-scale exhibitions, and aviation-themed cultural tourism.
The expo will include both indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. Attendees can look forward to thrilling flight performances by professional teams from China, the United States, and Russia, with more than 20 aircraft performing aerobatic displays and demonstrating various low-altitude aircraft scenarios.
The event will also feature hot air balloon shows, sunset fireworks, a university aviation music festival, and ground-based aviation experiences.
The expo will be divided into five specialized zones, with the indoor exhibition hall showcasing low-altitude manufacturing, infrastructure and information services, and comprehensive displays.
Meanwhile, the outdoor flight area will host dynamic, all-weather performances, demonstrating real-world applications such as logistics delivery, emergency rescue, power inspection, and terrain mapping.
Over 50 forums will be held, covering topics such as low-altitude policy planning, advanced manufacturing, innovative operational scenarios, infrastructure, and support services.
