The 2026 Green Computing Power (Artificial Intelligence) Conference will be held in Hohhot on Aug 22.

The conference will feature an opening ceremony, keynote speeches, achievement announcements, two thematic events, and nine special sessions, showcasing the fruitful results of the Inner Mongolia hub node of the national integrated computing power network.

The conference will release authoritative research reports including the Research Report on the Development of Green Computing Power (2026)and the"East Data, West Computing" Hub Nodes Green Computing Power Index Research Report. It will also start work on building a comprehensive digital service export platform.

Also set to be unveiled are a series of pilot achievements in AI application scenarios and green power infrastructure. Moreover, the national video large-model computing power base will be inaugurated during the event.

Leading enterprises across the industrial chain, including ByteDance, will sign a batch of projects. The conference has also invited experts and scholars to deliver keynote speeches on a number of hot topics including AI.

In addition, enterprises and universities will jointly hold nine special sessions focusing on cutting-edge fields such as green computing power, intelligent computing ecosystem, computing-electricity-network integration, and token internationalization.

The Green Computing Power Conference has been held three times.

The inaugural conference in 2023 saw multiple achievements, including the first Research Report on the Development of Green Computing Power.

At the second edition in 2024, Hohhot was awarded the title of "China Cloud Valley".

The third conference in 2025 launched the construction of China's first green computing-electricity synergy industrial base, and the Horinger Financial Data Industrial Park was officially inaugurated.
