The square and rectangular tube expansion project operated by Jiangsu Surui Pipe Manufacturing in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone is one such endeavor that has benefited greatly from these policies. The city completed land site selection confirmation within two working days, helping the project secure 5.33 hectares of construction land and reserve 4.67 hectares for future development space.

Since the beginning of this year, Xinghua has connected with 238 key industrial projects based on investments of more than 5 million yuan ($749,790) each, catering to their various development demands.

In addition, the city has established a full life-cycle enterprise cultivation service system, focusing on multiple dimensions such as policy implementation and talent guarantee, in a bid to encourage enterprises to leap towards better development.

The health food industry is a characteristic advantage industry of Xinghua. It is home to more than 700 food production enterprises, with small and micro food enterprises accounting for over 80 percent of the total. They generally face difficulties such as a lack of inspection equipment, a shortage of professional personnel, and high testing costs.

To this end, Xinghua has taken the lead in creating an upgraded version of the shared inspection laboratory for these enterprises, promoting the sharing of inspection resources and costs, launching a smart management platform, improving the training system, and promoting qualification upgrades.
