On what condition and what platform can a bank handle the foreign exchange registration for direct investment?

Since June 1, 2015, banks that have obtained a financial institution identification code from the foreign exchange administration and opened the capital account information system at the local foreign exchange administration, can handle the foreign exchange registration for direct investment by onshore foreign-invested enterprises and the onshore investment subjects of offshore investment enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “relevant market subjects”) through the capital account information system.
