International school to be established in Guian New Area

Guian New Area and Xinhua Holding Group signed an agreement on Sept 26 to build an international school in Guian New Area, Guiyang city. It will cater for students from kindergarten to high school.

During the meeting, Guian government officials analyzed Guian New Area's development, advantages, investment policy and blueprints, while a representative of Xinhua Holding Group introduced the Group's history in investment, education and production. Wu Chengzhu, chairman of Xinhua Holding Group, applauded the progress of Guian New Area, showing his confidence in the project.

Xinhua Holding Group was launched in 1988 and is a leading brand in Chinese private education. In the past 30 years, Xinhua Holding Group has established over 130 schools across the country. They currently have over 200,000 students and their school buildings take up a combined area of around 3 million square meters.

Xinhua Holding Group has also invested in an international school in Hefei city, Anhui province. Aiming to provide high-quality education and environment for students, the school includes a kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school.
