Should the foreign enterprises in China abide by Chinese laws and regulations related to environmental protection?

In accordance with the law of environmental protection, land territory and sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China are governed by the law on environmental protection, all units and individuals have the obligation to protect the environment, to impeach or accuse any unit or individual polluting and damaging the environment. Therefore, all kinds of foreign businesses in China are adapted to abide by the law on environmental protections, have the obligation to protect the environment, to inform and bring charges against the units and individuals who pollute and damage the environment. For those enterprises which have made remarkable achievements in protecting and improving the environment, the Chinese Government will reward them; for those enterprises which violate the law of environmental protection, they will bear the corresponding legal responsibility under the environmental protection law and other related regulations.
