Fuxin National High-tech Industrial Development Zone

Established in1992 and promoted to a provincial economic and technological zone in 1994, Fuxin National High-tech Industrial Development Zone took its current name in 2011 and was upgraded to State-level in 2013 upon the approval of the State Council. 

With a planned area of 33.8 square kilometers, the zone is located in the west of Fuxin. In addition to the hydraulic industry, it has also promoted equipment manufacturing, electronics industry, new energy and new services , injecting new impetus into its development. The region has attracted more than 1,000 enterprises, which contributed to a GDP of 3.02 billion yuan ($434.9 million) and an industrial output (above the designated scale) of 9.8 billion yuan in 2015.
