Quanzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone

Founded on March 25, 2010, Quanzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone is a major part of Quanzhou High-tech Technological and Industrial Development Zone, located in Quanzhou, Fujian province.

The zone covers 200 square kilometers with a population of 228,000. The towns of Luoyang, Dongyuan, Zhangban and Baiqi and the provincial-level Huinan industrial park are under its jurisdiction.

Giant firms based in the zone include Nine Dragons Paper Co, China North Machine Co and Sinovel Wind Group Co.

In the first quarter of 2018, the zone achieved a regional GDP of 5.4 billion yuan ($775.9 million), an increase of 8.3 percent. A total of 138 key projects would be implemented in the zone throughout the year with investment of 168.4 billion yuan.
