Quanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone

Quanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Quanzhou, Fujian province, was upgraded into a State-level zone in June 2010. The zone includes Qingmeng and Guanqiao parks, an export processing zone, an auto base, and an incubation base for high-tech firms. 

Between 2016 and 2020, the zone is dedicated to developing an international industrial cluster of textiles and clothing. Equal attention will also be paid to emerging industries, including internet plus, healthcare and new energy automobiles.

In 2017, the Qingmeng park realized GDP of 15.7 billion yuan ($2.3 billion), industrial added value of 13.8 billion yuan, fixed assets investment of 2.48 billion yuan, actual use of foreign capital of 448 million yuan, and total export value of 3.58 billion yuan.
