A special government fund will support major tasks in the integrated development of Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos.

7. Financial support

Banking and financial institutions in the area will be supported to decentralize credit approval and do more work in financial product innovation and service process optimization. 

Banking institutions in the area will be encouraged to apply for permission to make direct loans from their head offices, relax credit approval and give more space to business innovation. 

Small loan companies and financing guarantee companies under good management will be allowed to conduct businesses for integrated development in the area.
