World leading consultancy PwC settles in Nansha

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the four world-leading accounting firms, opened its science and innovation service center and modern service industry research institute in Guangzhou's Nansha district on Nov 9.

Aiming to provide global clients with professional services, PwC has branches and offices in 152 countries and regions, serving more than 400 Fortune Global 500 companies. Its services cover audits, taxes, mergers, acquisitions, as well as management consulting and innovation services.

Qin Yu, partner in charge of PwC's Guangzhou tax and business consulting division, said that Nansha's certainty in its tax environment will become a source of confidence to attract enterprises to invest in the district.

Nansha plans to further integrate the advantages of its investment promotion platform and policy resources with PwC's global network resources and professional services in fields like business environment optimization, industrial investment promotion, external publicity, as well as business marketing.

The cooperation between Nansha and PwC is expected to help the district build a major strategic platform based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, cooperating with Hong Kong and Macao, as well as facing the world.
