The window will service among others patents, trademarks and comprehensive functions. It will also provide shared office and event spaces for general intellectual property service agencies and showcase the latest practices in intellectual property and innovation developments in the area.

A patent fair value evaluations system for the Lin-gang Special Area was also announced on-site. Eight institutions, including the Lin-gang Intellectual Property Exchange Promotion Center and the Lin-gang branch of Industrial Bank Co Ltd, signed contracts to promote the further improvement and practical application of the new system.
