West China Lecheng Hospital of Sichuan University

The integration projects of medicine, education and research of "Huaxi Lecheng Hospital + Huaxi Lecheng Research Institute" will give full play to the policy advantages of the Lecheng Pilot Zone and the leading advantages of the four hospitals of Huaxi Lecheng Hospital of Sichuan University to become a benchmark for the integration of cutting-edge medical education and research of Hainan Free Trade Port. The total construction area of the project is about 66,400 square meters, the construction investment is about 791 million yuan, and there are 200 beds. The project has three main features:

First, high-level introduction of 15 top medical centers from Huaxi Medicine of Sichuan University. Huakou Lecheng Hospital proposes to set up 15 treatment units, each of which adopts a multidisciplinary treatment model.

Second, the exploration of innovative public hospital franchise model. Make full use of the policy advantage of "first-in-first-out" in the Lecheng Pilot Zone, and explore the path of public hospital franchising by means of system integration and innovation.

Third, the reinforcement of online cooperation. Using cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, 5G and other technologies to strengthen cooperation with domestic public hospitals and top international quality medical institutions in remote diagnosis and treatment, academic exchange and training.
