Industrial steam:
- Price: 215 yuan/ton (subject to coal and heat linkage price adjustment)
Natural gas:
- Price: 3.5 yuan-4.5 yuan/m3 for industrial use
Drainage and sewage treatment:
- Industrial sewage treatment fee: 1.4 yuan/ton
- Domestic sewage treatment fee: 0.95 yuan/ton
Solid waste treatment:
- Range: 1,000 yuan-4,000 yuan per ton
Electricity:
- Industrial electricity: Average price of 0.53 yuan/kWh
- General commercial and other electricity: 0.81 yuan/kWh
Industrial shoreline:
- Negotiated on a case-by-case basis
Labor cost:
