Through working out, I've realized that the best time for muscle growth isn't during the initial exercises, but rather when I'm close to exhaustion and can still push myself to do a couple more reps. This "push a little further" mindset has given me a lot of motivation and helped me move on from an unhealthy relationship in my life.

The most important source of strength comes from self-confidence. When I manage to lift a really heavy weight during strength training, it fosters a mindset that nothing in this world is beyond my reach; with enough practice, anything is possible. In the climbing community, there's a saying: "Trust your feet". You only know if a foothold is stable and safe once you step on it. Similarly, it's important to gradually build an awareness of your body's capabilities and act within your limits. By knowing your body's strength, you can safely attempt less controlled positions while climbing. This way, even if you fall, you'll be able to do so in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury.
