Investment Mode: Running an international undergraduate university independently
On December 14, 2020, Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Hainan Province and the Education Department of Hainan Province to promote the development of education and talent cultivation in Hainan.
It is reported that Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne Group will cooperate with China Communications Construction Co Ltd to run an independent international undergraduate university in Sanya for promoting undergraduate education and industry training. Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne Group will run the university as a separate legal entity. It plans to enroll 4,000 students with a focus on the talent demand of Hainan province, China and also the international market. The university will introduce an education system and offer Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne bachelor degree courses.
