Global consumer forums and important supporting activities will be held during the third China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) from April 11 to 15 in Haikou, South China's Hainan province.
On March 6, the organizing committee announced the first 10 activities of the global consumer forums.
With the theme of "leading global new consumption and sharing a better new life", the forums will invite government departments, professional consulting agencies, brand exhibitors and industry media to discuss the changes in global consumption trends, and will release the latest consumer industry research report, white paper, various consumer brand rankings, and consumption index.
Among the first 10 activities the opening ceremony of the third CICPE will be held on April 10.
The third global consumption innovation and duty-free and tourism retail conference, hosted by the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau and China Duty Free Group, will be held on April 11, focusing on the new business form of "duty-free + cultural tourism" and the trend of global consumption innovation.
The third Sustainable Consumption Summit Forum will be held on April 12, focusing on "green economy" and "sustainable consumption". The forum on "Development of the Hainan Coffee Industry and Construction of New International Professional Markets" will be held on April 12 to discuss the development opportunities and innovative breakthroughs in the coffee industry in Hainan Free Trade Port.
